We’re proud to support our senior sous chef, Andy Ashby, as he prepares for his upcoming turn at the Sunday Sous Sessions – a series of pop-up restaurants held at the old marque site in Surry Hills, designed to showcase up and coming talent.

“[The sessions] are about creating a better system in Australia to support the younger chefs coming through, because it’s not an easy job,” said program director Aaron Teece to Broadsheet last week.

Each session will see a sous chef show what they can do over five courses. Andy’s session will run from 5.30-11pm on Sunday 3rd September – you can buy tickets now to see what he dishes up on the night!
