Recap: Maxwell Wines’ ‘Six Hands Dinner’, McLaren Vale

On Sunday October 15th, Chef Nelly and executive pastry chef Jason Brown headed to Maxwell Wines in McLaren Vale to collaborate with Chef Fabian Lehmann for the ‘Six Hands Dinner’.

Guests at the winery’s renowned Ellen Street Restaurant were treated to a six course degustation, with each chef contributing their signature flavour to the feast. Each course was perfectly matched with the best new and old Maxwell vintages, selected and introduced by Mark Maxwell himself.

A big thank you to everyone involved – what an amazing weekend of great food, wine and people!
