Your function

When it comes to functions, we can offer a range of solutions from where the function is held to what the menu and drinks are.

Key to a successful function is us working closely with you to plan the perfect event. Each function we create is bespoke. Please see our current functions pack. Event location options;

At ours

Our unique venue can be adapted to suit all occasions, with personalised touches adding a bespoke element to every event. Our team can work with you and our preferred photographers, stylists, florists, and AV specialists to ensure the planning process is smooth and stress-free.

Sit down lunch / dinner – 50 guests (on split tables)
Sit down lunch / dinner – 44 guests (on two long tables)
Stand-up cocktail parties – up to 80 guests

For exclusive use of nel. Restaurant a minimum spend applies and is dependent on day and time of year. A service fee of 10% will also apply to the final bill.

At yours

Some events are more suited to the comfort of your home. Be it a birthday party, intimate dinner with friends or family or an anniversary we’ve got you covered. We can bring the experience of nel. to your dining room.

Somewhere else

We do work with many event planners and brands to bring nel to offsite venues. If you’re looking at hosting or organising an event we’ve got experience in a wide range of events including;

– Product launches for brands like Mercedes & Taubmans
– Corporate events within corporate environments
– Exclusive dinners for brands like Lexus
– Cocktail parties for VIP guests of Porsche and Crown

Whatever the occasion or size of the event we can bring the magic of nel. We can tailor any style of event to suit your occasion and budget.

You can pick the courses from our current menu, previous menus or have a menu custom designed by Chef Nelly. Chef Nelly can recommend or help you choose the courses for your menu option if preferred.

The nel. team provided a compelling proposal: playful, innovative and above all – brilliant food. Our initial meeting was warm and welcoming, it really set the tone for our work together. They were organised in the lead up and worked with us to develop a detailed plan for the evening. They were collaborative, and responded to feedback and questions quickly. The night was a massive success. It was fantastic – our clients loved every minute of the experience! The wait staff looked sharp and were super helpful. Nelly was really accommodating with our requests on the menu, and was able to offer alternative easily. On the night, the food and paired beverages were beautiful. Nelly was wonderfully engaging with our guests and entertaining in his introduction to the food. The take home good bags were a lovely addition to the menu – everyone enjoyed having the delicious treats the next day!

Hosting an event at nel. was an absolute delight. The venue staff were very easy to work with, and all of our needs were catered to so effortlessly. ‘Thank you’ is barely adequate to express sufficient appreciation for two extraordinary meals – dinner last night and lunch today. I hardly know where to start. The marriage of yesterday evening’s dishes – always surprising, packed full of flavor and so beautifully presented – with the champagnes of Piper-Heidsieck was a triumph in all respects. I’ve been lucky enough to attend a host of wonderful meals paired with some equally extraordinary champagnes – but last night’s experience was right up there amongst the most special. Not only were your dishes totally sublime, but the service was delivered with the utmost professionalism and, importantly, with buckets of natural charm. In fact, the entire collaboration between food, champagne, service, place and people couldn’t have been more successfully orchestrated.
