Francisco Navarrete has been chosen to represent nel. in a the final of the Sydney Cider Cocktail competition along side 7 other finalist, we wish our fun loving restaurant manger all the luck in the world on Monday 23rd April when we find out if he wins.
He designed a cocktail called “THE SEA_DINER SIDER” and you can see the recipe below:
The cocktail: “The SEA-DNEY SIDER”
-60ml Sydney Brewery Agave-Ginger Cider
-15ml Sud Polare Antartic Gin
-10ml lime
-10ml Freshly shucked oyster juice
-3gr Finger Lime
-Pinch aniseed myrtle
The Garnish:
-1 Sydney Rock Oyster
-Sydney Brewery Agave-Ginger Cider jelly
-Micro Shiso
-Micro Nasturtium
-Pickled Coastal herbs
