Chef Nelly and executive pastry chef Jason Brown will be heading to McLaren Vale this October for Maxwell Wines’ ‘Six Hands Dinner’. They’ll be collaborating with Fabian Lehmann (ex-Oro), head chef of the winery’s Ellen Street Restaurant, to create an exclusive six course degustation menu available for one lunch and one dinner session only on Sunday October 15th.

The dishes will each be matched with new and old vintages from Maxwell Wines, introduced by winemaker Mark Maxwell. Guests will also get the opportunity to hear direct from the chefs about the inspiration behind their dishes.
